1. Booking and Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Payment Terms:

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, UPI, and online banking.

3. Cancellation and Refund:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip to qualify for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval.

4. Responsibilities of Passengers:

• Passengers are required to provide accurate information during booking.
• Seat belts must be worn at all times.
• Any damages caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

5. Service Limitations:

• Routes may be subject to change due to traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability:

• Yatra Travels is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

7. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
